Unable to Redeem Office Home & Business Product Key

Hello,

I purchased Microsoft Office Home & Business from Best Buy (receipt #[Removed PII]). When I attempted to activate the product, the product key could not be redeemed, and the software is unusable.

Best Buy has refused a refund or exchange. The product key has never been successfully activated by me, and the issue appears to be with the license itself, which is manufacturer-controlled.

I am requesting one of the following resolutions: • Re-issuance of a working product key, or • Conversion of this purchase into credit toward a Microsoft 365 Business subscription, or • Another reasonable remedy that allows me to use the product I paid for.

I can provide the receipt, product key, and any required verification. Thank you for your assistance.

    When you go to https://setup.office.com/ and enter your product key, is it ok or not?
    Please, be careful to use proper Microsoft account. Once product is connected to selected Microsoft account it can't be transferred.
