Tracking, updating, and organizing tasks within Microsoft Teams or integrated apps

According to your concern, can you confirm what kind of task cards you're using in the Teams channel?
1/ If it's a message-based card (posted into the channel as a message/adaptive card), unfortunately it doesn't have a built-in feature in Excel to import or in Teams to export this.
2/ If the task card is created in Planner/Tasks by Planner or via Microsoft Lists, you can export the whole card into Excel via these guidelines:
- For Planner: Export a plan to Excel - Microsoft Support
- For Lists: Export to Excel from SharePoint or Lists - Microsoft Support
