Sending multimedia content and documents within chat conversations in Microsoft Teams
It has always been my understanding that B2B Direct connect is not supported between GCC High and commercial tenants due ITAR requirements.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
We have configured B2B access between GCC High and this tenant, however we are experiencing issues with Microsoft Teams chat functionality. We are unable to use all expected Teams chat features, and guest user presence is not displayed.
Messages appear to be sent in Teams but do not get delivered. In some cases, instead of receiving the message in Teams, I receive an email notification in Outlook indicating that a user attempted to contact me and showing the message that was sent from Teams.
We are requesting assistance to identify the root cause and confirm the supported configuration to enable full Teams chat functionality between these tenants.
