I will like to be able to transfer videos from my personal Clipchamp personal account to business account

Hello. At the moment Clipchamp doesn’t support moving editable projects from a personal account to a work or school account. That’s why the only thing you can transfer between the two environments is the exported MP4.

There is actually an existing feature request for this exact scenario, and the Clipchamp team has already responded that they’re working on it. After signing in you can simply:

That feedback portal is where the product team tracks feature requests and posts progress when available.

Projects created in Clipchamp for personal accounts cannot currently be moved into the work (business) version as editable projects.

Only the exported MP4 files can be moved between environments, and those files are not editable in the sense of rearranging individual timeline elements, text, or effects. They behave like any other finished video asset.

The documentation explicitly states that moving projects from personal Clipchamp into the work version is not possible at this stage. For now, the only option is to re‑create the project in the work account using the exported MP4 and any original media, or continue editing in the personal account.

For feature requests such as enabling project transfer between personal and work Clipchamp, feedback needs to be submitted through Microsoft’s feedback channels; this capability is not available today.
