    Hi Gina,

Please try opening the documents in another PDF Reader or Word to isolate if the problem is with Documents or Microsoft Edge.

Also, Let us try Resetting Edge Settings to defaults using the steps below, in the hope it helps.

Click on the three-dot menu button on the right.

    Click on Settings.

    Click on Reset settings.

Click on Restore settings to their default values.

    Click on Reset.

2nd step: Sometimes extensions on the web browser might cause unintended behaviour. Please click the three dots menu again, and choose extensions.

    Click Manage extensions.

Disable all of them for testing purposes, and let me know if it works.

Additionally, check out some other troubleshooting steps here:

Blank or empty pages when downloading or printing usually indicate a printing/preview issue in the browser or the document/website, not the download itself.

Try these steps in Microsoft Edge on Windows 11:

    1. Identify the source of the problem
      • Open the downloaded file directly in another app (for example, open a PDF in a dedicated PDF reader, or a DOCX in Word).
      • If the file shows correctly there, the issue is with Edge’s print/preview.
      • If it is still blank, the problem is with the website or the file being generated.
    2. Test with another document or website
      • Try downloading/printing from a different site or a different document.
      • If only one site/file is affected, the issue is likely with that site’s content or how it generates the document.
    3. Troubleshoot Edge printing
      • In Edge, try printing a simple page (for example, a basic text webpage) to see if the printer and Edge can print non-blank content.
      • If that also fails or prints blank, follow a methodical approach as suggested for Edge print issues:
        • Consider that the issue could be:
          1. A damaged document or problem with the website.
          2. Microsoft Edge itself.
          3. The printer driver.
          4. The Windows operating system.
          5. Connectivity or hardware.
        • Update the printer driver from the printer manufacturer.
        • Try printing to “Microsoft Print to PDF” instead of a physical printer to see if the output is still blank. If the PDF is correct, the printer/driver is the likely cause.
    4. Update Windows and Edge
      • Make sure Windows and Microsoft Edge are fully updated, as printing issues are often resolved by cumulative updates.

If, after these checks, only certain downloaded documents are blank while others are fine, the issue is with how those specific documents are created on the source site, and that site or document owner must correct it.
