Why does it say google translate at the top of every edge page and why does it open so small?

This happens. I can find no extension that is anything to do with Google Translate or any translation service whatsoever. This is ruining my experience.

It appears that you may have an extension installed that pins Google Translate at the top of the browser. What happens when you click the search bar shown in the screenshot? Does it take you anywhere? This will help us determine which extension is causing the issue.
Just paste this link in the address bar, then disable all the extensions and restart the Edge browser.

All extensions are disabled and I still get the same issue.

And, set the sidebar to Off

"Google Translate" appears at the top of a webpage when your browser detects that the page's language is different from your browser's preferred language setting.
