On my new Samsung phone, I cannot sign in on Teams. My email is associated with 2 accounts and the phone keeps showing the wrong account. I need the old/duplicate account removed so I can sign in.
I login using email. Asks for work or personal. I choose personal (as that what it is). Next page asks again work or personal. Choose personal. Brings up 2 accounts one used for work which I need and then one with my name (old work one, from years ago) I believe they conflicting. How do i remove the one.

What type of email do you use for your personal account? @outlook.com, or @gmail.com for example, or are you using work email address?

If you are using free email address like outlook or hotmail or gmail, go to a web browser, if possible, do it on computer, not phone.

    Please sign into https://portal.azure.com

Then click on Manage Entra ID

    Then click on Manage tenants.

Do you see the organization listed? If so, check th box and click on "Leave".

    Hello,

Do you see both accounts listed under Settings, Accounts on your phone?

Go to Settings, Accounts, then remove the old account linked to your email. Open Teams, sign out, then clear cache from Settings, Apps, Teams, Storage, Clear cache. Open Teams again and sign in, then select the correct account. If the old account still shows, sign in at account.microsoft.com and check your account info.
