Regarding point 1 you mentioned
- Run the Security & Compliance PowerShell cmdlet Get-ComplianceCaseHoldPolicy and check the Enabled flag for each hold to see exactly which ones are still counted.
Not sure If I understand this completely. I'm using microsoft graph SDK api to get holds. Do you mean to check response of one of the holds? How would that make sure if its counted towards 10000?
Also to confirm this I was thinking to create 10000 holds in dev environment to see if disabling holds would free up space. Do you know a way to bulk add 10000+ holds in such case?
