Hello! Can someone from Microsoft please help?

On my main account, I have posted my answers to several questions which all are suffering from the same issue, an issue which I faced, solved, and created an Open Source workaround for. I was immediately suspended for posting these answers. These are the questions I posted to:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5772507/encountering-400-invalid-request-error-during-the?comment=question&translated=false#newest-question-comment

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5780124/google-authentication-fails-with-400-invalid-reque?comment=question&translated=false#newest-question-comment

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5822108/entra-external-id-google-federation-username-param?comment=question&translated=false#newest-question-comment

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-ie/answers/questions/5657436/entra-external-id-google-federation-username-param?comment=question&translated=false#newest-question-comment My response was specifically crafted to be read by all those who had commented/OP of these questions as they are all the same question and need the same answer.

On this one specifically:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5772507/encountering-400-invalid-request-error-during-the?comment=question&translated=false#newest-question-comment

You can see me comment multiple times in March starting on 3/2/26 and explaining how the issue is still here and not fixed. And now a few weeks later I have fixed and sharing my workaround, and immediately was sent this.

What should I do? The issue is Microsoft's issue and they have banned me from helping others with this issue. I am just trying to help the community. I fixed this issue privately about a week or two ago and have spent the last 2 weeks preparing this open source repo and hosted instance to help the rest in Microsoft's community and they just auto-banned me.

Based on the Microsoft Q&A Code of Conduct and moderation guidance, the next steps are:

    1. Do not create alternate accounts to bypass the suspension. Creating alternative accounts while suspended is explicitly listed as a violation of the Code of Conduct and can lead to a permanent ban.
    2. Review the Microsoft Q&A Code of Conduct and AI usage policy to understand what might have triggered the suspension. Common triggers include:
      • Posts that look like 3rd‑party paid promotion or traffic‑driving to external sites (including open‑source repos) rather than providing the solution directly in the answer.
      • Posting essentially the same answer across multiple questions in a way that appears spam‑like.
      • Non‑authentic use of the service or misuse of site features.
    3. Use the official appeals channel to request reinstatement of the account. For Q&A suspensions (including those related to AI usage or other Code of Conduct issues), the documented appeals contact is the Q&A appeals email address. In the appeal:
      • Explain that the intent was to help users facing the same issue.
      • Describe briefly what the workaround does and that it is open source.
      • Acknowledge the suspension notice and confirm that future posts will follow the guidelines (for example, including a clear, self‑contained explanation in the answer and using links only as supporting references).
    4. Wait for the moderation team to review and respond. Suspensions are reversible; moderators can unsuspend accounts, as shown in other Q&A cases where posts were misclassified or issues were resolved.

While suspended, the account can still browse, follow, and save threads, but cannot post questions, answers, or comments until the suspension is removed.
