Please try the below steps to resolve your issue:
- Sign-in Method
If your account was created using LinkedIn or another sign-in option, it may not work with the standard Microsoft login.
Please try signing in using the same method you originally used (for example, “Sign in with LinkedIn”), or use the exact email linked to your Azure subscription.
- Wrong Directory (Tenant)
You might be signing into a different directory than the one your account belongs to.
After signing in, click on your profile in the Microsoft Azure Portal and select “Switch Directory” to check.
- Browser Issues
Sometimes, browser cache can cause login problems.
We recommend clearing your cache or trying:
Incognito/private mode
A different browser
