    Hi @uche Aguguo
Please try the below steps to resolve your issue:

    1. Sign-in Method

If your account was created using LinkedIn or another sign-in option, it may not work with the standard Microsoft login.

Please try signing in using the same method you originally used (for example, “Sign in with LinkedIn”), or use the exact email linked to your Azure subscription.

    1. Wrong Directory (Tenant)

You might be signing into a different directory than the one your account belongs to.

After signing in, click on your profile in the Microsoft Azure Portal and select “Switch Directory” to check.

    1. Browser Issues

Sometimes, browser cache can cause login problems.

We recommend clearing your cache or trying:

    Incognito/private mode

    A different browser

    1. Direct Portal Access

You can also try accessing Azure directly using this link:

Follow these steps to troubleshoot sign-in to https://portal.azure.com:

    1. If the page hangs or never finishes loading:
      • Refresh the page.
      • Try a different browser.
      • Use a private browsing session:
        • Edge: Settings (three dots) → New InPrivate window → open the Azure portal.
        • Chrome: New Incognito window.
        • Safari: File → New Private Window.
      • Clear cache and cookies, then try again:
        • Edge: Settings → Privacy and Services → Clear browsing data → select Browsing history, Download history, Cached images and files → Delete.
        • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data.
    2. If the portal signs in automatically with the wrong account:
      • Sign out of all Microsoft accounts in the browser.
      • Clear cookies for Microsoft/Azure sites or clear all cookies as above.
      • Close the browser, reopen it, and sign in only with the desired account.
    3. If the account itself cannot be used to sign in (personal Microsoft account):
      • Use the Sign-in Helper tool described in “I can't sign in to my Microsoft account” to diagnose issues with the Microsoft account.
      • If the password is forgotten, follow the “Reset your password” flow from that article.
    4. If the issue is with a work/school (Entra ID) account and MFA/verification fails:
      • If prompted for phone call verification, press the pound key (#) when the system calls.
      • If prompted for text verification, ensure the correct code is entered.
      • If available, choose Other verification options and try another method; verify that phone numbers in the account are correct.
      • If problems persist, contact the organization’s IT admin, as they control work/school account and MFA settings.
    5. If sign-in works but Azure shows “No subscriptions found”:
      • In the Azure portal, select the account icon (top-right) and confirm the correct directory is selected.
      • If the correct directory is selected and there is still no subscription, request that an administrator add the account as an Owner on a subscription.
    6. If none of the above resolves the issue and access to the portal is still blocked:
      • Use a private browser session with all site data cleared and try again.
      • If still unable to sign in and a subscription exists, create a support request as described in the Azure subscription sign-in troubleshooting article.
