Charged for Azure subscription while using Databricks trial — can I get a refund?

Hello,

I would like to ask about a refund for an unexpected Azure charge.

I was using the Databricks trial, but I was still charged for my first Azure subscription. I have already opened a support ticket for this refund request, but I have not received any response yet for a week.

Could someone please advise:

  1. How I can follow up on the billing ticket
  2. Whether there is a billing support team or process I should contact directly

I can provide my support ticket number and subscription details if needed.

    Hello Chen, Carl,

    We have applied a credit for last month’s charges to the customer account. This will be reflected in the upcoming invoice and will be automatically adjusted against the current month’s consumption.
