Deux codes d'activation de Ms MSQL Svr runtime 2022 lot ESD ne fonctionnent plus

Bonjour,

Nous avions commandé deux licences SQL serveur 2019 Std Runtime 2022 lot EDS OEI 5 clt avec les cartons et tous les numéros de série encore disponibles, mais les serveurs sur lesquels ces licences ont été activées sont depuis quelques jours effacées ou transformés en version d'évaluation expiré.

J'ai les captures d'écrans nécessaire ainsi que les photos des licences achetés si vous en avez besoin, Prière de vérifier svp car nous somme une entreprise et nous en avons besoin car ils fonctionnent sur des serveurs de prod, et pour l'instant nous sommes bloqués.

Hi @Nawal TAHIRI .

Thanks for the update this looks like a partial edition upgrade where the key is accepted but the engine is still in Evaluation mode.

Before reinstalling, try running the Edition Upgrade again using command line setup, as it’s more reliable than the UI. Also check the SQL ERRORLOG to see if the upgrade failed internally.

Reinstall should be the last option in most cases this issue is resolved by forcing the edition upgrade.

Hi @Nawal TAHIRI ,

If the key is accepted but the instance still shows as expired Evaluation, it usually means the edition upgrade didn’t fully apply.

Please re-run SQL Server Setup → Edition Upgrade and enter the key again, or use the command line upgrade option.

If it still shows Evaluation, check the current edition using SERVERPROPERTY sometimes the upgrade partially completes.

Since the key is accepted, this is not a license issue but an edition state issue.

The SQL Server service is disabled, so I’m unable to retrieve the edition using sqlCmd. However, I checked the Event Log and found that SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) did not start because the evaluation period had expired.

I then used the landing-Packaging to upgrade the edition so I could re-enter the product key. After that, it shows the edition as Standard 2019 (terms agreement), as seen in the attached terms std 2019.png. However, in another screenshot, it still appears as Evaluation

I will try reinstalling SQL Server and will follow up with the results. Thank you very much for your help.

Hi @Nawal TAHIRI ,

Just checking in were you able to run the command-line edition upgrade and review the ERRORLOG?

If it’s still in Evaluation mode, please share the setup logs (Summary.txt) so we can identify what’s blocking the upgrade.
