    Not alone here, issue popped up about a week and a half ago for a bunch of users on my work tenant, weirdly the logs look to have started on April 1st for us, is it the same for you both? I have raised a ticket with ms support, had a long call and managed to get some logs that I have managed to send over to them, these aren’t actual emails but IPM.SkypeTeams.CallLog items so won’t show in message trace! They are stored in a location path named /SkypeSpacesData/TeamsMeetings which doesn’t appear even when listing hidden folders on a users mailbox, part of me thinks this is related to the changes to call log retention in purview due for roll out this month, it’s almost like the change is surfacing audit messages that would usually stay hidden from the end user but waiting to see what MS come back with….

    This also appears to a new issue. I have one user who has just reported the same problem. The email appears to be sent from the user but there is nothing in Exchange tracing. There is also no header information available in the email and the To field is empty. There is nothing in the Teams Admin or the user's MS Teams that pinpoint this issue. @Chibuike Esomchi it seems that you and I are the only ones experiencing this issue worldwide.

    Hello @Chibuike Esomchi

    In this case, you are receiving an email in your Outlook inbox after each Microsoft Teams call. These emails appear to be sent from your own address, often have no clear subject, and include text such as “Call Logs for Call …”.

    These emails are system‑generated call log records created by Microsoft Teams.

    Teams saves call information (such as call ID, time, and participants) directly in your Outlook mailbox for record‑keeping and compliance purposes. They are not real emails written or sent by you, and they do not contain call content or recordings.

    To prevent these emails from your inbox, you can try to create an Outlook rule

    This does not affect Teams calls and does not remove any important data.

    • Open Outlook -> Settings -> Mail -> Rules
    • Set the rule:
    • Condition: "Message body included" -> “Call Logs for”
    • Action: Move the message to a new folder (for example: “Teams Call Logs/Archived”) or delete it.
    • Save the rule.
    • Once set, these messages will no longer clutter your inbox.

    Have a nice day!
