Hello S R M HARINNETHRAN(077), It looks like you’re hitting the “Unable to confirm your University ID” error when trying to sign up for Azure for Students Starter. That message usually means the system couldn’t verify your school domain or university credentials. Here are a few things to try:

    1. Verify you’re using the correct offer
      • Azure for Students Starter is only for K–12 schools (no credit-card, one-year offer).
      • If you’re a college or university student, you should instead use the full “Azure for Students” offer at https://azure.microsoft.com/free/students/ which supports most .edu domains.
    2. Make sure your school email is linked to a Microsoft account
      • Go to https://account.microsoft.com > Your info > Manage how you sign in to Microsoft
      • Add your university email as an alias (if it isn’t already) and verify it.
      • Sign out, then start the student verification flow again with that same alias.
    3. Clear browser state or use a fresh private/incognito session
      • Sometimes stale cookies or cached data can block the flow.

If you’ve confirmed your eligibility, linked your school email properly, and you’re still seeing “Unable to confirm your University ID,” let me know.
