My touchpad has been giving me issues for the past 2 months. It randonmly stopped working and I've tried toggling the off and on buttons but nothing works. Please let me know if theres a solution.

Hi, Does the touchpad show up in Device Manager? Have you tried updating or reinstalling the touchpad driver? Did the issue start after a Windows update or driver update? If yes, can you share the details of the update?

If the issue is intermittent, it can be hardware related.
However, I want to make sure you did download and install the driver for this model from Lenovo first. To make sure I know what driver page to pull up, please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then tell me the line item for "system model". Thanks!!
