Mine is solved, this is why Reddit is the best place to go for this kind of things. Basically, use Adlice (Roguekiller), I didn't even pay and just used the free full scan and it accurately detected the Malware and removed it completely.

Trojan:Win32/JScealTaskExec.AA is a trojan. If it keeps coming back, there is likely a hidden component reinstalling it. Use the built-in Microsoft tools in this order:

    1. Run a full Microsoft Defender Antivirus scan
    • Make sure Microsoft Defender Antivirus is enabled and updated on Windows 10/11.
    • Run a Full scan from Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Scan options → Full scan.
    1. Run Microsoft Defender Offline (to catch hidden components) Because the trojan keeps returning, run an offline scan so malware cannot hide while Windows is running:
    2. Select Start → Settings → Update & Security → Windows Security → Virus & threat protection.
    3. Under Current threats, select Scan options.
    4. Select Windows Defender Offline scan, then Scan now.
    5. The PC will restart and scan before Windows loads; let it complete and follow any cleanup prompts.
    6. If the threat is only “partially removed” If Defender reports the threat as partially removed, additional cleanup is required:
    7. Run the Malicious Software Removal Tool:
      • Press Windows key + R to open Run.
      • Type "%windir%\system32\mrt.exe" and select OK.
      • Allow it to run, then choose a Full scan and complete the cleanup.
    8. Restart the PC.
    9. Manually install the latest Windows updates to ensure all security fixes are applied.
    10. Prevent reinfection
    • Avoid sites that may host malware (for example, illegal download or streaming sites).
    • Use a modern browser such as Microsoft Edge with Microsoft Defender SmartScreen enabled to block known malicious sites.
    • Keep Windows and all software fully updated.

If the trojan is still detected after these steps, repeat the Microsoft Defender Offline scan and MRT full scan, then review browsing and download habits to remove the original infection source.
