What is the resolution status of TM1279908 This has to do with the copy paste feature being broken

It is NOT. many reddit users still report the issue on their environments.

According to Microsoft, this issue has already been resolved. Could you please help me check whether your current Microsoft Teams version is the latest one?
If you are already using the latest version and the issue still persists, you can try clearing the Teams cache to refresh the session.

This is the message received today from Microsoft:
" we are still working on fully mitigating the "Paste grayed out" issue. It is impacting for Teams Enterprise and Teams Consumer.
The desktop version 26106.1903.4633.3619 resolves the issue for "paste grayed out". It is not fully rollout to production yet. We expect it to be rolled out first week of May. "
I'm on version 26093.416.4624.9221(Teams Insider), and for me, the "Paste" function appears to be restored.

According to Microsoft’s announcement, the product development team is currently conducting internal testing, and the initial results show that the experimental fix is working as expected and has successfully addressed the issue.
The latest official update is expected to be released by Microsoft on April 28, 2026.
Currently, Microsoft recommends that users temporarily use the Ctrl + V shortcut to paste content, or Command + V if you are using a Mac, while awaiting further updates from the product development team.
