Please, take action on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/4638973/in-the-outlook-app-calendar-section-month-view-is.

It can't be said too many times that this view is totally insane. The first thing you have to do when you open the calendar view is try to avoid focusing on the meaningless colorful bubbles with attendees taking up almost half of the screen. WHO wants them? If Microsoft find these oh so important why don't they even show in the calendar event default tab on desktop? Please, involve UX people in this.

    Hi @Robert Lawesson,

At this time, Outlook mobile doesn’t offer a setting to hide or remove the attendee “bubble” avatars in the agenda/stack calendar list. Microsoft has confirmed that there currently isn’t an option to disable them in Outlook mobile.

As a workaround, you can switch to a different calendar layout to reduce clutter:

Calendar > View > choose Day / 3‑Day / Month (and rotate to landscape for additional view options such as 7‑Day on some devices).

You can find more information here: Outlook for iOS and Android Quick Start / Optimize the Outlook mobile app for your iOS or Android phone.

Since this is UI/UX behavior, the best way to drive change is to submit feedback from Outlook by going to Help > Feedback, or through the Microsoft 365 Feedback Hub > Send Feedback.

Since other users have raised similar concerns, I also hope this response helps clarify the current situation and highlights a constructive next step. Making this information visible may help others facing the same issue contribute their feedback as well.

    Wishing you a great day.

The Outlook mobile apps do not currently provide a setting to hide or remove the attendee “bubbles” in calendar views. Layout, visuals, and similar UX elements in Outlook for iOS and Android are controlled by the product team and are not configurable from the client side beyond the standard calendar options documented for Outlook mobile.

To influence this behavior, the supported path is to submit product feedback through the official feedback channels so it reaches the Outlook and Microsoft 365 product teams. Feedback volume is a key factor in prioritizing UX changes, so adding detailed comments and encouraging others with the same concern to upvote or submit similar feedback increases the chance of change in future versions.

For now, there is no documented workaround in Outlook mobile comparable to turning a feature off in settings; using Outlook on the web (OWA) or Outlook desktop is the only way to use alternative calendar layouts that do not show this specific attendee visualization.
