    Hi, Julian Hernandez

I completely understand how frustrating this is, especially when the issue returns after it seemed resolved and you need a stable, permanent fix.

At this time, Microsoft does have general official guidance for Outlook on Android crashing that points to Android System WebView being a common root cause and recommends keeping Android System WebView and Google Chrome updated from the Play Store.

For now, I will keep monitoring for any further Microsoft updates, and I will share updates here as soon as anything concrete becomes available.

    Best regards.

The recurring Outlook crash on Android is caused by an Android WebView issue. The official guidance is to fix it by updating Android System WebView and Google Chrome from the Play Store, rather than repeatedly uninstalling WebView updates.

Follow these steps on the Android device:

    1. Open the Google Play Store app.
    2. Search for Android System WebView.
    3. Select it, then tap Update.
    4. Repeat the same steps for Google Chrome (search for Google Chrome, then tap Update).
    5. After both are updated, relaunch Outlook for Android.

If crashes continue after updating both components, collect Outlook diagnostics and contact Microsoft Support as described in the Intune/Outlook mobile guidance:

    1. In Outlook for Android, go to Settings → Help & Feedback → Collect Diagnostics → Get Started → Collect Logs and provide the incident ID to Microsoft Support.
    2. If the app will not stay open long enough, use another device or Outlook on the web to open a support request.
