I'm the owner of my Azure DevOps organization but I'm getting a "401 - Uh-oh, you do not have access"

I'm the owner of my Azure DevOps organization but I'm getting a "401 - Uh-oh, you do not have access" error every time I try to sign in.

I've tried signing in using incognito as well as a normal browser session, and with both "Work or school account" and "Personal Microsoft account" options — I get the same 401 every time.

My account still appears as Organization Owner in the org settings, and I was able to sign in successfully a few days ago. Nothing has been changed on my side since then.

Could someone help me get access restored?

Hi @Pravallika KV , thanks for your reply.

I double checked and can confirm that I am logging in with the same account that is listed as Organization Owner.

Also I tried direct organization URL in an incognito window but there was the same error "401 - Uh-oh, you do not have access.".

    Hi @Oleksandr Kravets ,

Follow below steps to resolve the issue:

If the 401 error persists, please ask your colleague who is part of the organization to verify whether you are added to the Project Valid Users or Project Administrators group.

Please feel free to revert back if you encounter the issue again and we'll assist you further.

    Hope this helps!
