    Hi @dale payne

To better understand your situation, may I confirm the following details?

1/ Did the issue also occur when using Outlook on the web

You can open any browser on your device and sign in at https://outlook.office365.com/owa/ to check whether your mailbox is working properly there.

2/ What is the brand of your device

In the meantime, you may try the steps below to see if this helps.

1/ Clear browser cache, especially if it contains saved Outlook credentials.

2 / Clear the Outlook app cache:

In my test environment, the steps are: Settings > Apps > App Management > Outlook > Storage Usage

Note: The exact path may vary slightly depending on your device, but the general steps should be similar.

    User's image

    3/ Reinstall the Outlook app

If I’ve misunderstood any part of your situation, or if you have further questions or updates, please don’t hesitate to reply.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
