Click Sign-in options
Choose the password instead of PIN
Enter your Microsoft account password
Hold Shift and click Restart from the login screen (Power icon → Restart while holding Shift)
Go to Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Startup Settings → Restart
Press 4 to boot into Safe Mode
Try logging in there — Safe Mode sometimes bypasses the broken PIN issue
On login screen, hold Shift + click Restart

Advanced options > Command Prompt > Type net user administrator /active:yes
Restart
Log in to Administrator account
Then fix your main account or create a new user Change or reset your PIN in Windows
