I cannot cancel a subscription for Yoga-Go, can you help me

Yoga-Go is not a Microsoft subscription, but the general cancellation steps for subscriptions seen in Microsoft Edge or on an iOS device are:

1. If the subscription was purchased through Apple (App Store on iPhone/iPad):
   • On the iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
   • Look for any subscription related to Yoga-Go. If found, select it and choose Cancel Subscription.
2. If the subscription was purchased directly from the Yoga-Go website or another third party and only opened in Microsoft Edge:
   • It will not appear under Apple subscriptions or Microsoft subscriptions.
   • In that case, cancellation must be done through the provider where the purchase was made (for example, their website or the store where payment details were entered). Check any confirmation emails or receipts for instructions.
3. To confirm there is no Microsoft subscription involved:
   • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account used on the device.
   • Under Services & subscriptions, verify that there is no Yoga-Go or related subscription listed. If there is a Microsoft subscription that needs cancelling, select Manage next to it, then Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel) and follow the prompts.
4. If a subscription was purchased from the Apple App Store or Google Play and appears on a Microsoft billing page, Microsoft cannot cancel or refund it. For those, cancellation or refund must be requested from Apple or Google support as applicable.

I checked out the Microsoft Store app, this is not even available to download via Microsoft, so the billing cannot be via Microsoft.

If you subscribed it via your iPhone, it should be in your Apple account.

If it is not in your Apple account, you said it opened up via Edge browser?? That alone doesn't mean you subscribed via Microsoft. It could mean that you might subscribed directly with Yoga-Go directly on the browser, in this case, you need to contact their support to cancel it. If you cannot cancel it, check your credit card statement. For this payment, it should provide a merchant contact info for you to reach out to. Or you can dispute directly with your credit card company.
