    Hi Cathy D

The inability to access cart/login has been reported by multiple users over the past day and is likely related to a temporary eBay service disruption, not your account. Users worldwide reported similar issues (can’t log in, access cart, or checkout), which typically happen during backend/server or CDN errors.

You can check live status here: eBay status shown there was a spike of reports around the same time as your post.

    While this happens, you can:

    • Wait and try again later (these outages usually resolve)
    • Try another browser or the eBay app (to rule out local cache/session issues)

This is most likely a temporary eBay-side outage, not a problem with your account or password, retry later and it should work.
