Need to submit a request for an Azure Cosmos DB periodic backup.
documention suggest to create a ticket.. and when trying to submit a request, we land on this Q&A. plase advise.

Hi sang delattre,
The backend team has completed the restoration of your database account. You should now be able to see it in the Azure Portal under your subscription ID.

The restored account has been restored to the timestamp 2026-04-27 01:00:00Z.

We kindly request you to please check from your end and confirm if everything looks good.
