This could be due to your access level got downgraded
If your Visual Studio subscription expired or billing moved, you may now be a Stakeholder (which has no Azure Repos access). Have your org or project admin check Organization settings > Users and make sure you’re set to Basic (or higher), not Stakeholder.
Make sure your Visual Studio subscription (if you had one) is still active or that the billing subscription for your org has enough paid Basic seats.
In Project settings > Repos > Security, verify you have at least Read and Contribute permissions on the repos you need.
