Accessing and using Microsoft Teams on smartphones and tablets across platforms

I understand that you are experiencing an issue while authenticating Microsoft Teams using Microsoft Authenticator.
Could you please provide a screenshot of what you see after entering the code and being redirected back to the Teams mobile app? Additionally, let me know the model and OS version of your mobile device. In the meantime, please try reinstalling the Teams app, restarting your device, and then attempt to sign in again.
As a workaround, you can try using the 6‑digit code from the Microsoft Authenticator app instead.
- Open the Authenticator app, select your work account, and you will see a 6‑digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds. Please wait until it refreshes to a new code, then copy it.
- Open Teams mobile. During the MFA step, tap Cancel when it asks you to enter the code from the Authenticator app, then select “Use a verification code” and paste the code you copied in step 1.
