- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices
- Click on the Lenovo Wireless Stereo Headset
- Go to Audio > Advanced sound properties
- Under Advanced settings, find Audio enhancements
- Change it to "Off" or "Device Default Effects"
- Restart Teams and test
- Uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth adapter driver

- Select Uninstall device
