Hi Team,
Our Azure Cache for Redis instance is running with Premium tier P4 and tried to scale down within same premium tier from P4 to P3 but after sometime it is showing Redis instance status to scaling and then failed now. How to fix this? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

There is a capacity-related outage in West US 2 currently impacting operations like scaling on Azure Cache for Redis. Because of this, scale actions (like P4 > P3) may enter “Scaling” and then fail due to temporary resource constraints on the platform.This is likely the reason for what you’re seeing. Once capacity stabilizes, retrying the scaling operation should work without any changes on your end.
