Managing permissions and login credentials to access Microsoft Advertising accounts
Microsoft Ads account rejected and appeal unavailable
Good day,
I have tried registering my business with Microsoft Ads, but unfortunately my account was suspended. I completed the appeal form and gave detail on the nature of my business. My suspension was still upheld for "Egregious Violations". I have read through the information here: https://help.ads.microsoft.com/?FromAdsEmail=1#apex/ads/en/60397/-1 and confirmed that I have not done anything listed. Moreover I have reviewed the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy (both linked in the email) and I am compliant to that too.
If I attempt to follow the link and re-submit my appeal I just get signed out.
If I attempt to manually sign in to my ads account, I receive a message stating the same "Egregious violations" message with a button to "Sign Out" and nowhere for me to appeal or navigate to an appeals page.
Is anyone able to provide any further advice on how I can submit an appeal?
