Hi, good day!
It’s usually a driver or display issue rather than hardware.
- When was the last time it worked properly?
- Have you made any changes to your computer recently?
Here are some of the things you can try.
- Kindly try a quick restart first
- Try rolling back the graphics driver (Open Device Manager > Expand display adapters > right-click the graphics card driver > Properties > Driver > Roll Back Driver).
- Update or reinstall your display drivers Open Device Manager > Display adapters > Right-click your graphics card driver and choose Update driver. If that doesn’t help, try Uninstall device > make sure to tick "Attempt to remove the driver for this device" box and restart. Windows will reinstall a working version automatically.
- Open Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings > Restore default settings.
I look forward to your update and am happy to continue working with you until the issue is resolved. If you find the answer helpful, please click "Accept Answer" and consider upvoting it. Otherwise, please keep me posted by clicking "Add comment" below instead of selecting Yes or No.
