I signed up for teams two months ago and can not cancel payments or enter my profile

some 2 months ago I subscribed to teams from my other account, I have been trying to cancel reoccurring payments and cancel teams with no luck, support in Israel can not be reached and I have written to you several times

microsoft does not allow me to log in

please cancel my teams subscription ASAP and inform me

    4/ Do you know if the subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft or through a third party (such as mobile app store)?
