Outlook.com doesn't use autocomplete. Instead, it uses Suggested People. Those suggestions are based on what's already in your mailbox. If you have the old address on any message in your mailbox, you'll see it in Suggested People. You should be able to move your mouse over the suggestion and see an "X" to the right of the address. Clicking that X should remove the suggestion. You should also be able to click the To button when addressing a message and select the contact with the correct address. With the sent message in your mailbox, the new address should also be available in Suggested People.
