Thanks for posting your question here. I understand your concern about your keyboard sensitivity. This happens mainly due to normal wear and gradual damage to the keyboard over time.
Please check your software settings. Go to Settings, select Accessibility, and then Keyboard and turn off Filter Keys and Sticky Keys, as these features can interfere with normal typing behavior. Then, if available, open Filter Keys settings and ensure that “Ignore repeated keystrokes” is unchecked and that the repeat delay is not set too low. When Filter Keys is enabled or misconfigured, Windows may misinterpret light or quick key presses, causing repeated or delayed input.
Make your mouse, keyboard, and other input devices easier to use
Also, to check, may I know if it's a Built‑in keyboard or mechanical keyboard? Does it happen with specific letters or all keys?
