I was fell for a microsoft account and they tok over my microsoft account and I had boughten mincraft on it and I want to get my accoutn back. When I launch minecraft it says the email is something else which is ******@outlook.com and I cant log back in. I was wondering if I could have it back.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.
Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.
