Hi Larry Jimenez,
Because printing works in Word and other apps, and even Save as PDF in Chrome only captures part of the page, this looks more like a Chrome page-rendering/print preview issue than a Windows printer problem.
You can consider trying these additional steps:
1, Update Chrome
- Open Chrome > 3 dots > Help > About Google Chrome
- Let it check for updates, then click Relaunch if offered.
2, Test in Incognito
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Open the same AI page and try printing again.
- If it works there, the issue is usually related to extensions or cached browser data.
3, Temporarily disable extensions
- Open Chrome > 3 dots > Extensions > Manage extensions
- Turn extensions off, then test printing again.
4, Clear Chrome cache
- Open Chrome > 3 dots > Delete browsing data
- Clear Cached images and files
- Restart Chrome and test again.
5, Try Chrome’s system print dialog
- Press Ctrl + Shift + P instead of the normal print preview
- Check whether the full page appears there.
You can also use this quick workaround if needed
- Open the same content in Microsoft Edge and print from there, or
- Copy the answer into Word and print from Word.
If the issue only happens with long AI answer pages in Chrome, it may be a browser or webpage formatting limitation for that content. In that case, using Edge or Word as a workaround is the quickest option while testing further.
I hope one of these helps get your pages printing normally again. Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.
