    Hi Larry Jimenez,

Because printing works in Word and other apps, and even Save as PDF in Chrome only captures part of the page, this looks more like a Chrome page-rendering/print preview issue than a Windows printer problem.

You can consider trying these additional steps:

    1, Update Chrome

    • Open Chrome > 3 dots > Help > About Google Chrome
    • Let it check for updates, then click Relaunch if offered.

    2, Test in Incognito

    • Press Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Open the same AI page and try printing again.
    • If it works there, the issue is usually related to extensions or cached browser data.

    3, Temporarily disable extensions

    • Open Chrome > 3 dots > Extensions > Manage extensions
    • Turn extensions off, then test printing again.

    4, Clear Chrome cache

    • Open Chrome > 3 dots > Delete browsing data
    • Clear Cached images and files
    • Restart Chrome and test again.

5, Try Chrome’s system print dialog

    • Press Ctrl + Shift + P instead of the normal print preview
    • Check whether the full page appears there.

You can also use this quick workaround if needed

    • Open the same content in Microsoft Edge and print from there, or
    • Copy the answer into Word and print from Word.

If the issue only happens with long AI answer pages in Chrome, it may be a browser or webpage formatting limitation for that content. In that case, using Edge or Word as a workaround is the quickest option while testing further.

I hope one of these helps get your pages printing normally again. Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.

Because printing works in Word and other apps, the problem is likely specific to printing web content from the browser, similar to other app‑specific printing issues.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Test printing from another website
      • Open a different website (not the AI page) in the browser.
      • Press Ctrl+P and print using the same printer and settings.
      • If that prints correctly, the issue is likely with the specific AI page content or its layout.
    2. Print a simplified/reader version of the page
      • If the browser supports a reading/immersive mode, switch the AI answer page into that mode (for example, Immersive Reader in Microsoft Edge) and then print again from that view. This strips complex styles that can cause partial‑page printing.
    3. Try printing from another app or file
      • Save the AI answer as a file (for example, copy/paste into Word or Notepad) and print from there.
      • If that always works, it confirms the printer and Windows are fine and the issue is browser‑specific.
    4. Verify printer selection and basic print settings
      • In the browser’s Print dialog, confirm the correct printer is selected and that:
        • Page size matches the paper in the printer.
        • Orientation (Portrait/Landscape) is appropriate.
        • Scale/zoom is set to 100% or “Fit to page.”
        • “Print to PDF” or “Print to file” is not selected.
    5. Print a Windows test page (to confirm Windows–printer path)
      • In Windows 10, select Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
      • Select the printer > Manage > Printer properties.
      • On the General tab, select Print Test Page.
      • If the test page prints correctly, the printer and driver are working and the problem remains with the browser or page formatting.

If the problem only happens on long AI answers in this one browser, continue using the workaround (Print to PDF, then print the PDF) or switch to another browser/app for printing those pages until the browser is updated or the site layout changes.
