Missing credit for a module

What have I missed?

I joined the Microsoft challenge but when I go to my profile and click challenge it says "You do not have any recent challenge activity". Then I click the link To see all of your challenges, go to the challenges home page. I see Challenge Level up your security operations skill as Active. I click the resume button and it goes to the challenge that started Apr. 2 and ends June 17.

I have finished all 59 modules, however I only have credit for 58. When I look at each section all 59 modules say 100% Completed. I looked in Transcripts and from Apr. 3rd to the Apr. 29 I have finished 59 modules. Some of those modules have N/A under Module assessment result so I will go back and check them. Any help to find what is missing would be appreciated.
