    Welcome asmar muhammad,

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to download the PowerPoint (.pptx) file generated by Copilot even after attempting to save it to OneDrive.

To help identify the fastest resolution, please confirm the following:

    • Could you confirm which Copilot experience you are using (for example, Copilot in PowerPoint, Copilot on the web, or another app)?
    • When you try to download or save, do you receive any error message, or does it simply not respond?

In the meantime, you can try the workaround steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Option 1: Try downloading from a different browser

    • Use Microsoft Edge or another browser to sign in Copilot on the web
    • Sign in again and attempt the download

Option 2: Download from PowerPoint web directly

    • Open OneDrive
    • Locate the presentation file
    • Click to open it in PowerPoint (web)
    • Click File, then Save As
    • Select Download a copy

Option 3: Save locally instead of OneDrive

    • When the file opens, choose Save As
    • Select This Device or Desktop
    • Check if the file downloads

Option 4: Check OneDrive sync and storage

    • Open OneDrive settings
    • Make sure storage is not full
    • Confirm sync is running normally

    Option 5: Clear browser cache

    • Open browser settings
    • Clear cache and cookies
    • Restart browser
    • Try download again

I hope this information helps resolve your issue. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me again in this thread.
