Unable to recover my Wordpress App service deleted 3 days Ago. But the App service is still available in Manage Deleted App Services

I accidentally deleted my App Service “XXXXXXXrom the resource group “XXXXXX.” The app is still visible under “Manage Deleted Apps” in Subscription XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and was hosted in the West US 2 region. I would like to request assistance in restoring it with its previous configuration and data, if possible.
There are 3 App service with “cerccongo” as name, please consider the second.

It looks like you’re in luck—your deleted WordPress app “cerccongo” (second instance) can be restored as long as it was on a paid App Service plan and it’s been less than 30 days since deletion. You have two main options: Azure portal or PowerShell.
Restore via Azure portal
- Go to App Services in the portal.
- Click Manage Deleted Apps in the top bar.
- Select your subscription
- In the Deleted App Service dropdown, choose the second “cerccongo” entry (check that Region = West US 2 and Deletion Time is ~3 days ago).
- In Replacement App Service, pick the existing target app you want to overwrite. If you don’t have one, you can create a new App Service in the same region & plan.
- (Optional) Tick Restore App Configuration if you want both content and config settings.
- Click Recover.
Note: custom domains, SSL bindings and certificates aren’t auto-restored—you’ll need to reimport those after recovery.
Restore via PowerShell
a. Register the Web provider and list deleted apps:
Register-AzResourceProvider -ProviderNamespace Microsoft.Web Get-AzDeletedWebApp -Name "cerccongo" -Location "West US 2"b. Identify the Deleted Site ID for your second app. c. Restore into your target app (existing or new):
