On Copilot mobile or web, the sign-in options (Microsoft, Google, Apple) appear only after opening the correct app or site and reaching the sign-in screen.
Try these steps based on device:
- On iPhone or iPad
- Install or open the Microsoft Copilot app from the Apple App Store.
- On first launch, or from the profile/account area, choose Sign in.
- The app should then show options to sign in with a Microsoft Account, Apple ID, or Google Account.
- On Android phone, tablet, or Chromebook
- Install or open the Microsoft Copilot app from the Google Play Store.
- Tap Sign in; the app should then offer sign-in with a Microsoft Account, Apple ID, or Google Account (depending on platform support).
- In a web browser
- Go to copilot.com.
- Select Sign in in the page header.
- The site should then show options to sign in with a personal Microsoft Account, Apple ID, or Google Account.
If the sign-in options still do not appear:
- Make sure the app and OS are supported versions (iOS/iPadOS 16.0 or later; Android on a supported device).
- Close and reopen the app or browser and try again.
- If needed, uninstall and reinstall the Copilot app, then open it and tap Sign in again.
Signing in gives access to chat history, more image creation, longer conversations, and other Copilot features.
