That's a false positive detection. Use Windows update to get the latest definition. Starting with definition update 1.449.430.0 it's not being detected anymore. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/definitions/antimalware-definition-release-notes?requestVersion=1.449.430.0

It was a false positive. Run Windows Update to get Microsoft Security definition version 1.449.430.0 and restore the two removed items from quarantine.

The Protection History entry shows Status: Removed and that “A threat or app was removed from this device.” For items marked Threat removed or Threat blocked, Microsoft Defender has already taken the necessary action and there is no further action required.

According to the documentation, when Defender quarantines or removes a threat, it is blocked from running and “should not pose a risk to your data or device at present.” If it is removed, it has been deleted from the device. The item will remain only as a record in Protection History.

For extra reassurance, a quick scan can be run again from Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Quick scan, but based on the status shown, the device is currently protected and the detected Trojan has been handled.
