    Hi,

Based on your description, you have a security challenge to enter the "A1B2C3" message. This is a security feature in Windows to prevent unauthorized access to your PIN, especially if you repeatedly sign in incorrectly.

If you could sign in, please try resetting or changing your PIN. Navigate to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options and update or remove your Windows Hello PIN. Doing so can help prevent the recurring challenge prompt if the issue stems from a PIN configuration error.

Please let me know how it goes. I look forward to your response.

    Stay Safe!
