What exactly is the iOS version of your iPad?

Be aware that the New Teams application is officially supported on the 2 last major iPad iOS versions.

To be sure that you are not on an outdated Teams version which only supports organizational accounts, uninstall any currently installed Teams app and install the latest New Teams application from Apple Store.

On the iPad, the Teams app is likely signing in with a different account (for example, a personal Microsoft account) than the work or school account that has access to a Teams organization.

Use these steps on the iPad:

    1. Sign out of Teams completely
      • Open the Teams app.
      • Go to the profile icon and sign out of any account shown.
      • Close the app.
    2. Make sure the correct account is used
      • Restart Teams.
      • When prompted to sign in, enter the same work or school account that works on the computer and other devices.
      • If the iPad suggests a personal Microsoft account, choose Use another account and type the work/school address manually.
    3. Verify the account type
      • Confirm that this account is a work or school account that belongs to an organization with a Teams license (not just a personal Microsoft account). If unsure, contact the organization’s IT admin to confirm that the account is enabled for Teams.

If the app still shows “No Teams orgs yet,” contact the IT admin or sysadmin with the exact message and ask them to verify that the account is correctly linked to a Teams-enabled Microsoft 365 tenant.
