Startups: Companies that are in their initial stages of business and typically developing a business model and seeking financing.
Hello
Thank you for the detailed explanation. The behavior you’re seeing is expected because your enrollment in Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub is tied to the Azure AD tenant used at the time of sign-up. Moving your Azure Startup Sponsorship subscription to a different tenant does not automatically re-associate your Founders Hub profile or benefits.
Please note that your deployed resources are not impacted—this is strictly a portal and identity association issue. To resolve it, you will need to contact Founders Hub Support and request a tenant re-association. When submitting the request, include your original tenant ID, new tenant ID, subscription ID, and the email address used during enrollment so the team can validate and process the change.
You can submit a support request through the Founders Hub portal here: https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/ (navigate to “Contact Support”). In parallel, you may also reply to your original Founders Hub welcome email with the same details, which can sometimes help expedite routing to the appropriate team.
Once the re-association is completed, you should be able to proceed with business verification and unlock the remaining credits under the new tenant. In the meantime, you can still access your existing benefits by signing in with the original tenant.

Hope this helps!
