Urgent: Developer E5 Tenant Blocked - Error FraudThrottle.htm#1033 (AUP Violation)

Hello,

My Microsoft 365 Developer E5 tenant is currently blocked with the following error: "Access Denied: This page has been blocked as it violates the Acceptable Use Policy... /_layouts/15/FraudThrottle.htm#1033"

This is a legitimate developer sandbox tenant that was recently renewed. I am not using it for any prohibited activities.

I opened a support ticket (Case #<PII removed>), but the agent closed it, claiming that Developer E5 support is only available via "Unified Support" and provided a Premier Support link which I do not have access to as a free developer program participant.

Request: Could a moderator please help escalate this to the internal SharePoint/OneDrive Security or Data Protection team? This appears to be an incorrect automated block (FraudThrottle) that requires a manual backend whitelist to restore my development environment.

Tenant Domain: <PII removed>

    Hi @Nani Verick

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

We understand the frustration this situation causes. According to This Page Has Been Blocked as it Violates the Acceptable Use Policy - SharePoint | Microsoft Learn and user reports in this thread Acceptable Use Policy violation notice on Microsoft 365 Developer E5 sandbox - SharePoint read-only…, the most effective next step is to raise a support ticket directly through your Microsoft 365 Admin Center. The internal support team has the necessary tools to investigate tenant‑level restrictions and, if appropriate, unlock the environment.

Please note that moderators and community contributors here do not have access to backend systems, so we cannot check or modify your tenant’s provisioning status or escalate cases internally. If your previous case was closed, please try to submit a new ticket via Contact support on the SharePoint Acceptable Use Policy page in the Microsoft 365 admin center. This ensures the case is routed to the enforcement team responsible for reviewing and remediating policy violations.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
