How to talk to a tech support agent

Based on the product category, it looks like you need technical support for a Microsoft 365 business product such as Outlook Classic for Windows. 

To speak with a Microsoft support agent, you can raise a support ticket through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center by signing in and selecting Help & support. From there, you’ll be guided through submitting a request. Once the ticket is created, a Microsoft support agent can contact you directly.

Please note that to contact Microsoft Support, you’ll need an active Microsoft 365 Business subscription and the appropriate admin role (such as Global Administrator). If you’re an end user, please contact your IT administrator to raise the ticket on your behalf.
