I have Brother printer MFC-J491DW. I go to print it comes up with "error" I switch off compter (Windows 11) and printer at wall and once turned on it prints. Can you sort problem of "error" please. I

I have Brother printer MFC-J491DW. I go to print it shows "error". I switch off computer (Lenovo Windows 11) and Printer. Once I turn back on, the printer prints the document. Can you help with the error message please.

    Hello

    Can you go to Settings > BLuetooth & devices > Printers and scanner. Remove your printer from there.

    Then go here: https://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadlist.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=mfcj491dw_us_eu_as&os=10068

    Download the install the ***Full Driver & Software Package

    Then try it and see if it works.
