- Test on a different internet connection. Connect your computer to a different Wi-Fi network, or if you have a wired connection, disconnect the cable > Connect your mobile phone to the computer with a USB cable > Turn off Wi-Fi and turn on mobile data > Look for the USB Tethering option in your phone's Settings to share your phone's internet connection with your computer.
