AADSTS5000224 tenant deauthenticated - global admin cannot sign in, need tenant reauthentication
I am the owner/global admin of a Microsoft 365 / Entra tenant and cannot sign into any Microsoft service for the tenant.
All sign-in attempts fail with:
Error code: AADSTS5000224
Message: The tenant you are trying to access has been deauthenticated and is no longer available.
I cannot access:
- Microsoft 365 admin center
- Entra admin center
- Azure portal
- OneDrive
This is not MFA/password/rclone. Browser sign-in itself fails.
Please escalate this to the Microsoft Entra / identity product team or Data Protection team to re-enable authentication for the tenant.
