Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance regarding a technical issue I experienced during my scheduled Microsoft certification exam.
Exam Name: AI-102 – Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution (English – ENU)
I was present on time and completed all required check-in procedures through the OnVUE platform. However, when the exam was about to launch, the application became stuck on the “Downloading Exam Files” page and did not proceed further.
I waited for a long time and also attempted troubleshooting steps from my side, including checking my internet connection and restarting the process, but the issue remained unresolved. Because of this technical fault from the OnVUE platform, I was unable to start my examination and unfortunately missed the exam despite being fully prepared and available.
I have been preparing seriously for this certification, and I kindly request that my exam be rescheduled or that I be provided another opportunity to take the examination without additional charges.
Additionally, I would like to speak directly with a customer service representative regarding this issue so that it can be resolved as soon as possible. Please let me know how I can connect with the appropriate support team.
